Community Yoga is here for the Hatteras Island community to promote and teach people the love of yoga and the many benefits in developing a meaningful practice that soothes and nurtures the mind body and spirit. We offer classes from gentle to multi level vinyasa. We also will offer classes in pranayama, reiki and nutrition. All classes are donation based.
